Who is it for

2Lead is designed for engineering managers, team leads, and directors who oversee engineers or multiple engineering teams. The program emphasizes diversity while ensuring similar team sizes, years of experience, and company types for relatable experiences.

About the club

Each club consists of up to 6 participants meeting once a month for a 2-3 hours session. The Club is offering:

Practical learning from peers facing similar challenges
A strong professional network
An intimate setting for all voices to be heard
Experts led sessions on essential leadership and management skills and models

Session structure

Pre-session: Participants prepare a topic with organizer support
45 minutes – lecture about a practical theory model relevant for the topic
30 minutes – personal challenge raised by a club member (prepared in advance).
60 minutes – group discussion
10 minutes – choosing next session topic

Where

Each session is hosted at the company of one of the participants. All sessions are conducted face to face.

Costs

$2500 per program, payable upfront. This covers external expert sessions and other group benefits.

The payment can be made by the individual participant or covered by their company.

The payment is none refundable to ensure the commitment of everyone involved.

Confidentiality

The club is a safe place. Information shared in sessions is confidential and won’t be shared outside the club..
